A. Starter Kit and Expat Guide (Digital Downloads)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Downloads

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the Provider has begun performance and you have expressly consented to this and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246a Section 1 (2) sentence 1 No. 1 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).

At the point of purchase on Gumroad, you will be asked to give this express consent before completing your order. If you have given consent and the download has commenced, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If you have not yet downloaded the product after purchase, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains intact. Contact us at hello@landedfrankfurt.com to initiate the withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract before the download has commenced, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

B. Custom Integration Report

No Right of Withdrawal

The Custom Integration Report is prepared individually on the basis of information and specifications provided exclusively by you via a personal questionnaire. It is therefore a product manufactured according to your personal specifications and clearly tailored to your individual needs, within the meaning of Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Custom Integration Report.

By completing the purchase of a Custom Integration Report, you acknowledge that:

• the report will be prepared exclusively on the basis of your personal inputs,
• the product is individually customized and cannot be resold or repurposed for other customers, and
• the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

If you have provided inaccurate or incomplete information in the questionnaire, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@landedfrankfurt.com. We will make reasonable efforts to incorporate corrections before the report is finalized. No refund is issued after delivery of the completed report.

C. Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract and the right of withdrawal has not expired (see Part A above).

This form applies to the Starter Kit and Expat Guide only, and only if the download has not yet commenced.

D. Newsletter Subscription

The free newsletter subscription via Beehiiv does not constitute a contract for the purchase of goods or services. No right of withdrawal in the sense of distance selling law applies. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by contacting us at hello@landedfrankfurt.com.
